Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a User’s personally identifiable information changes, such as phone number, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that User’s personal data provided to us. In some circumstances, we will retain certain information in our files for the purposes of resolving disputes, troubleshooting problems, enforcing the Terms of Service or other legal requirements. Further, due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems, it is impractical to remove all such information from our systems.
